Returns
We do not accept product returns.
All sales are final once the order is confirmed and shipped. Please make sure your order details (product, color, address, etc.) are correct before checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are only available under specific conditions:
- If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
- If your order is lost in transit or never delivered, we will process a full refund.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control
How to Request a Refund
